I’m licensed in the State of Florida and specialize in the greater Sarasota area including Bradenton, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Casey Key, Osprey, Nokomis and Venice.

I was raised in Ohio, where I spent many weeks and weekends at my grandparent’s farm. There I learned the meaning of hard work. Up at 5:00 am every morning, my grandfather and I would milk the cows, brush the horses, feed the chickens, bail the hay and by 5:00 pm, would return to help my grandmother cook dinner. When I look back at those times, I realize how much that farm molded my life and my work ethic.

I worked in the printing industry for 15 years selling high end collateral materials and packaging to advertising agencies and corporations. During that time I developed a strong sense of customer service. My sales skills were honed and in the process of selling, I realized that by servicing the customer, my sales would soar. I learned a lot from my customers, too. Because I was working with high-end marketing executives, I became very astute about the psychology of marketing a product or service.

It was natural for me then, to enter the Real Estate business. After all, my mother and father were both Realtors when I was growing up. Since providing great customer service is so important to me, it was essential that I create alliances with service providers that I could trust would provide the same quality and level of service to my clients.

I love the Internet and how it has evolved over the years to the advantage of the Real Estate Professional and the home buyer or home seller.
